Disassembly of the machine and recording of the original winding data (pitches, gauges, connections) for an exact replica.

Winding Removal

Removal of the damaged winding and cleaning of the core, with stator core loss testing where applicable.

Custom manufacturing of the coils and rewinding with insulation of the appropriate thermal class.

Impregnation and Baking

Varnish impregnation and oven curing to fix the winding, improve insulation and withstand vibration.
